Hi, I'm Samantha - the owner and lead planner behind Kingsley Event Consulting.
With more than 18 years in the event industry, I've learned that the best events aren't simply beautiful. They feel personal, intentional and effortless for the people experiencing them.
Before Kingsley Event Consulting, I spent more than a decade producing events in the nonprofit world. That season taught me how to balance big ideas with real budgets, complicated logistics, meaningful storytelling and a whole lot of moving parts.
Today, I bring that same mix of creativity, organization and attention to detail to milestone celebrations, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, nonprofit galas, baby showers, specialty dinners and one-of-a-kind gatherings throughout Sarasota and Florida's Gulf Coast.
Because every celebration deserves to feel unmistakably you.
I started Kingsley Event Consulting because I kept seeing the same thing: hosts who wanted their events to mean something, but who were drowning in logistics, vendor emails and decision fatigue.
I knew there was a better way to plan - one where the creative vision and the behind-the-scenes organization worked together instead of against each other.
KEC was built for clients who want more than a pretty party. They want an experience that reflects their story, honors their guests and creates memories that last long after the last toast.

Our process is built around collaboration. I want to understand what you love, what matters to you and how you want your guests to feel. From there, I become your sounding board, problem-solver, creative partner and planning bestie.
